How do I know which engagement is right for my organization?
We begin every relationship with a complimentary discovery call to understand your current situation and objectives. From there, we can suggest which program — or a combination — would be most relevant. You are never pressured into a particular path.
What size of organization do you typically work with?
Our engagements are designed for mid-sized to large enterprises, generally 50 employees and above. We work across sectors including manufacturing, financial services, technology, and professional services. Each engagement is scoped to the specific organization.
Are the listed prices fixed or do you offer customized scoping?
The listed prices reflect standard engagement scopes and are a helpful starting point. Larger organizations or more complex situations may require adjusted scope and pricing. We discuss this transparently during initial conversations before any commitment is made.
How do your advisory engagements actually work day-to-day?
Each program includes a structured rhythm of reviews, working sessions, and collaborative analysis. We embed ourselves enough to understand your context fully, while respecting that your team has ongoing responsibilities. Progress reviews happen bi-weekly at minimum.
Do you work with organizations outside Thailand?
Yes. While Bangkok is our home base, we have worked with organizations across Southeast Asia. Remote and hybrid engagement formats are available, and we are accustomed to working with international leadership teams operating across multiple time zones.
How is confidentiality maintained throughout an engagement?
All engagements are governed by a formal confidentiality agreement before any substantive work begins. Information shared with our team is used solely to inform recommendations and is never disclosed to third parties. Discretion is a core part of how we operate.
